K&N Drop in filter.

I had this in my truck for about 10,000 miles. I took it out, cleaned it, re-oiled and put it on a shelf. Its just sitting here. Someone can have it for $25 shipped. OBO.

I dont have the box anymore. But I thought the 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 used the same filter. I can measure it for you. Will that work?

Yes that would be fine, if you would like to measure it. I know the 4.8 and the 5.3 use the same number, not sure on the 6.0. I have an 03 4.8L. What engine and year did you have it installed on?

I have done a bit of research....the 4.3 4.8 and 5.3 all take part number 33-2129

The 6.0 6.6 and 8.1 take part number 33-2135.

So that may tell us our fit answer depending on which engine you have!

Actually, the 33-2135 would be OK, it's the same rectangular size and would fit in the airbox. The 35 just has deeper pleats over the 29 which would give you more filtering area. There was an old post about the two filters on one of the forums and the 35 only flowed about 40 cfm less than the 29. Which is strange it flowed less because it's actually design for a bigger engines (4.8 & 5.3 vs 6.0 & 8.1L). If I was to get one for my 5.3L, I would get the 35 over the 29, the 29 is thinner and flimsy, the 35 is thicker and sturdier.
