I have a 2015 Silverado with a new replacement condenser that cost me over $1300 to have fixed at my local dealer.  I have asked to talk to the Regional GM Rep, but the Service Manager said he could not give me his name.  He offered to call me back after talking with the rep, but still have not heard anything from the Service Manager.

 

I see this is a widespread issue with these condensers failing due to a faulty weld.  Any ideas on next steps for resolution?
