Which lift would you choose....

I've got a 2018 GMC All terrain I need to raise a little bit. I want to get about 3 inches of lift so I can fit some larger tires. I'm trying to decide between 275/65, 295/60, 285/65 or 305/55 on the stock 20's. I have to ride on the highway a lot so I want something comfortable. Right now I'm looking at 2 lifts..

1) Halo coilovers kit (I may try to get a larger rear block since I like the rake http://www.halolifts.com/HaloLifts-Boss-Ultimate-Kit-fits-your-2007-UP-GM-SilveradoSierra-1500_p_220.html

2) rough country 2.5 level (with blocks) and ADD BIlstein adjustable 5100's

OH and would you recommend spacers for any of these setups??
