99-02 Silverado Dash Harness Swap

I am currently doing a dash wiring harness swap on my 2000 Silverado (2wd), so I can add power windows and locks to my truck and I have run into a few questions, thanks to me not looking at my dash harness closely enough when I got it 6 years ago 

 

1. My truck is a 2wd and it seems the harness I have pulled from a donor truck was out of a 4wd truck (found the transfer case module last night when going through it). My question is, will it still work on my 2wd truck to swap and not cause any functionality problems since it has 4wd functions tied into the harness as well (with no 4wd stuff to plug into)

 

2. Im also doing a 4.3 to 5.3 swap as well (2wd Engine Harness). Will this cause any issues also, since the dash harness will be 4wd and the engine harness 2wd?
