8ft Bed Swap

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I recently bought a '07.5 chev 3500hd wt 8ft bed and the bed is all rusted to shit. I've been shopping around for replacements with no luck finding another '07 but found a hell of a deal on one off of a '15 2500hd. Just curious if this swap would work. Also if it would fit, would the body lines match somewhat or would it look like a patch job? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. Was able to find a few here in MN that would fit but they are asking anywhere from $1000 to $2750 which I could probably swing if I had to but my issue is that the guy only wants $325 for the 2015 8ft bed which has a few bubbles just starting above wheel wells and 2 smaller dents.
