? - Rusted Manifold Bolts

Anyone ever replace their cat? I'm planning to purchase a new Catco cat and a flowmaster cat-back system. I noticed all of the bolts that are used to connect the cat to the manifolds are rusted all to heck. Looks like they are sort of built into the manifolds because I dont see or cant feel a bolt head on top anywhere. I'm worred that they might break when I go to take them off. Anyone familiar with these bolts and can tell me a little more about them in case one ticks me off and breaks?

I would give them a good soaking of PB penetrating oil. That stuff works the best. Might need multiple applications. Don't force them because you are correct about them being integral with the manifold.
