Hydro-Boost Pedal to the floor

Hi, 

 

Having problem getting through the inspection here in Sweden.

 

I have a 2004 Hummer H2 ( same Hydro boost as all GM diesel trucks ) , With the engine running - standing still in Park - pushing the brake pedal hard you can get the pedal to the floor .

 

I actually know this is normal because I have three  silverado duramax in my company that does the exact same thing ,, 

 

When you drive the Hummer the brakes feels great and have a lot of stopping power .

 

Problem is the the guys at the inspection doesnt understand this and they dont belive me,,.

 

Could you guy please confirm that I am correct in saying that this is normal it would be great ,,

and if someone have the knowledge and time to explain how it works, why you can get the pedal to the floor with hydroboost it would be even better   :-)
