Aftermarket Wheel Question?

Hello, I am hoping to get the opinion of someone who has worked in a wheels and/or tire shop before.

 

Our Honda Accord with aftermarket wheels was in the shop for a cracked wheel the other day, driving in CA I am not surprised but, I get the car back and the low tire pressure light came on again, it appears I have another cracked wheel.

 

We probably put 10 miles on the low tire getting home, so would driving on a low tire crack a wheel? Its an aftermarket  5 spoke wheel, if that makes any difference.
