Rear washer fluid not dispensing.

2016 Suburban LT with 38K miles. Just lost function of fluid dispensing but wiper still works. Is this a common problem and is there an easy fix I can do myself?

Not common, I have a 2015 Tahoe.  Could be clogged at the nozzle or a critter may have cut through the hose.  Clogged, put a needle through the nozzle to see if it dislodges debris.  Cut, have someone press the washer button and see if you can spot a leak.  Hose should be easy to replace either way.  Don't think there is a separate reservoir for the rear, guessing you checked the front washer also.

From another site, There is only one resovoir - the one up front.
- The line runs from that resovoir down the left side of the car (right up against the floor and against the frame) down to the rear, where it curves up into the vehicle at the left rear corner.
- Good chance is the hose was cut, or easier yet - pulled out - of the connector at that left rear corner of your truck. You'll have to lay on the ground to see it, and the connector looks a bit like an in-line tubular fuse holder, but it's not. If you see that bad boy dangling, and then a bit of hose chillin there alone, there's your problem.
There are a few places this tube can disconnect on its way to the back of the vehicle. I started looking for where it might be disconnected and then I decided to just run the rear washer. Once I saw where the fluid was coming from, I looked there. Mine ended up being under the hood along side of the main fuse box (I never would have found it by just looking). I reconnected it and voila it worked again.
