2015 Silverado max tow package 6.2L Engine temp warm???

Hey guys new to the forum. I have a 2015 6.2L max tow and it's got the updated thermostat after my radiator was cracked and replaced. Well long story short the truck runs warm. Very warm. My diablo sport trinity monitor showing the coolant temp in the 216-221 range when the truck is accelerating at higher speeds on the highway with no load behind it.  Is this normal? It comes back down eventually but I've never had a Silverado run this hot?

And yes we've burped the system multiple times to make sure no air was in there.

Factory thermostat seems to be 207 degrees. Under acceleration that sounds about normal.
