02 1500HD 4x4 not working

Good day I have been trying to figure out what’s going on with my 4x4 I have it pin pointed to the transfer case I have a 246 

i can hear the encoder motor and the front diff engage. My 4x4 works when I put the truck on jack but once I put it on the ground it stops working  my front diff is fully engaged I checked it
