Changing Instrument Cluster (mph to km)

I just got back in from Mexico and I liked the 200 km/h instrument cluster. Mine goes up to 140 since it's American-spec and I know I can switch it between Metric and U.S., but I was hoping it would be easy to switch the instrument cluster to metric.

I am pretty sure you can switch the Canadian km/h into mph so that shouldn't be a problem. I am aware I can switch it to km/h but I want it to go past 140 km/h.

One thing I noticed was the RST Z71 at the Chevy dealership Tijuana did not have storage compartments in the rear seat (behind the passengers) and it was $950,000 or about US$50,000.
