NV4500 questions

I am looking to swap this transmission into my 97 (see sig) . What are the specs such as ratios for the 4500 and 3500 ?

 

This 4500 is from a buddy of mines wrecking yard it is currently in a 98 k2500 with a 350 that had a utility pole fall across the cab would this bolt right up to my 4.3 without me having to change anything else besides perhaps the clutch ?

 

FYI - I currently have the transfer case from this truck in my truck a swap that I did back this winter
