Inside Door Handle

Hi,

Have a 17 Yukon XL w/ 44k miles.  Passenger inside door handle is broken.  It operates normally but doesn't unlatch the door.  Just outside of bumper to bumper warranty and debating on whether to fix myself or drive to the dealer.  

 

Anyone run into this before?

 

I couldn't find a thread that discussed it.

Take the door panel off and take a look. Might be a simple fix.
