Theftlock 2016 radio

I had to purchase a used CD player from a salvage yard to replace my current one in my 2016 Silverado.  I plugged in the salvage CD player and the radio now displays "Theftlock".  Any way to reprogram the theftlock so it will work with my current radio?

It will have to be programmed to unlock it. Don't know if anyone besides a dealer that can do it.
