Passenger side AC vent / Dash Speaker trim loose

Good morning guys has anyone had an issue with a loose trim / front dash speaker?   The passenger side dash speaker is loose and the trim that incorporates the window Ac vent is protruding above the dash line.  I am a bit afraid to take it to the dealer and let them start pulling it apart historically I have had bad luck with the garage guys on stuff like this.

The clip at front is out , My truck had it too . Simply push the speaker down in that area till you hear a click .
