Production numbers of 2500 suburban

Hello! I have been reading and learning a lot but I have a question that I have not found the answer to. In 2000-2006 suburban, how common were the heavier 2500 models. I seems like less than 10% based on the ones I see for sale near me. It seems like finding a 9-passenger 2500 is nearly impossible!

Folks keep them until they plumb wear out.  They are around but you have to look far and wide.

Well I found one! It’s a 2001 but only has 113, 900 miles on it. It’s been lied on its entire life so I get the full maintenance records too. I don’t think I could do much better.
