How you liking that 400ex?

I have been looking at the DS650, and (of course) the Raptor. But the lil ol 400s sure are a lot more nimble...I had a Banshee, but that thing was nothing but work.

I'll probably go with the 400ex or the Suzuki 400 (I'm kinda brand loyal on the Zukis, my dad used to own a shop.) as they are smaller, and cheaper than the big dogs.

Where are you from?

i really love my 400ex ... i was going to trade it for the 450r honda but i think the 400ex is better all around then the 450r !! (i guess i just hate the fact so much that it is kick start and still doesnt have reverse just made me hate honda)

but if i had to do it all over again i say i would choose either a ds650 or an dale....

dont get me wrong i love my 400ex but i dont like being down with power

but nothing a 416 couldn't handle in the future ....

sorry it took so long to respond umm i usally go to daniel boone but someone told me they closed it down ... also i go to the local sand pits and pretty soon making a trip to the bad lands i cant wait!!

I'm going to look at 2 different Raptors on Monday, and one guy says that his buddy is selling a DS650 Baja...I rode one of those yesterday, and it's a freakin' hoss! I was haulin ba!!s on some pretty uneven stuff, and it rode like a caddy.

If I can't make a good deal with one of them, I will probably just go buy a Z400, or KFZ400 (Kawasuki)....Same thing, different color.

Gotta have a winter toy now.

i wished i would have got the ds i love their style !!!

but i thought they would ended up like canyondale and go bankrupt but their still here and selling pretty strong or that is what are dealer is telling us ... i only seen 3 in person... and rode one of the three and it hauled azz

its huge but i like it... if i didnt ride in the woods as much as i do i would trade my 400 for one in a heart beat ....

im stuck with the old 400ex now .. got this new truck and i gotta keep it in tip top shape ... thats rough when you are still in school.. so i have to limit my spending money on my 400ex
