Finially Dyno'd my truck today at the RacingSouthwest.com dyno day, here are my dyno results, the last one got screwed up cause my fan turned on. Time for the flex-lite electric fans. Guess it is time to order the whipple too:)

272.5hp and 372.0ft-lbs

This is corrected HP, cause the dyno is at 6000ft

Thanks for the numbers Neon. Do you have any RPM's with those numbers or the chart? Just curious.

Does anybody know how this compares with the 8.1/Allison Combo? Wondering how much is lost from the manual to the automatic.

sorry, I just relized that I cut off my scan that had the rpm's. The tourqe goes to its flatness at about 2200rpm, the engine was starting to loose power when it hit the speed limiter so I dont think that would have made a diff. When I get around to it i will re-scan it

On the number listed on the scan, the third row, does that say 380.3 ft lbs?

It would probably surprise you what it would do as far as torque numbers..

Did you already convert to electric fans? The reason I ask is because mine is pulley driven so the fan is on all the time to screw up the readings.

Also, the begining on both torque runs looks a little hilly, otherwise all is smooth.

Nice numbers, nice to have a 6spd with minimal loss, versus an allison with 36% loss. I rolled a 300hp/440trq with 3.73 and 35's with multiple mods. haven't dyno'd with stock tires though.
