need help finding short

Fellows my Blazer would'nt start today,turns over good.While I was trying to start it I noticed the gauges and lights on the dash weren't working the seat belt,check eng. light,picture of battery charging system,and I noticed the fuel pump wasn't running either.Kept switching the key on and off finally gauges and lights came on and pump came on and cut off like normal.It started good ,could someone give advice on what to check or any ideas what's wrong.Thanks for your time and help.Dave

you need a new Ign. switch in the steering column, there was a recall for certian years of jimmys for faulty ign. switches
