Upfitting

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation Edition. In my main fuse box under the hood I have a few empty places that are labeled “UPFTR 1 30 amp” and so forth at different amps. Are these used for upfitting aftermarket equipment and if so how would you go about it? Fuse taps or is there a harness? Any input on how anyone did it would be greatly appreciated.

  Have a look at the Diode Dynamic C1R light. It installs in minutes with their wiring harness and is super bright when backing up.   Guys, thank you so much for the help! Dealer called back and is willing to participate $7,000 towards lifter and cam shaft replacement. Basically complete engine rebuild. Our cost will be 5k. These replacement parts will be covered by a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
