Supplemental brake assist

I have a 2004 Suburban, which appears to NOT have the SBA, the fuse is in the under hood fuse box but I don't see it where I have heard it is suppose to be installed,, the problem I am having is the Service brake booster warning in the DIC.. I assume that is for when you have the SBA. I have changed the instrument cluster.. I have read that you can jump the plug that normally goes to the SBA, but since mine does not have it, is the plug still on the vehicle?

We have an 04 work truck with that SBA crap on it. I thing doesn't stop worth a darn.  I doubt they have a separate harness for the trucks that have it vs the ones that don't. It's probably just taped in a loom in the firewall near the booster.
