are ricolas addictive?

i got a really bad allergy problem, so i started taking ricolas.  now i can't get away from them.  they are soo good.  i find myself popping one in my mouth even when my throat is fine!  are these things addictive?

My Mother-In-Law has been "popping" them for years.  She never goes anywhere without them.  I think they must be addictive.  I'm afraid to try one.  I've got enough bad habbits. ;)
