Cluster problem in cold weather

We purchased a 2009 Chevy Tahoe used 2 weeks ago from a Chevy dealership. We bought it in a desert community and brought it to the mountains where we live, it’s going into fall/winter. It can get below freezing here, right now just teens to low 30’s. Everything thing looked awesome, then the first cold night. The Tahoe starts fine, no delay. But the cluster panel goes crazy. Flickering, changing the radio station. So we inquired and was told possibly the battery we has wasn’t putting out enough cold cranking amps. So we got a new one, the next day we started it and it was worse than ever.

what may be the problem? What are we possibly looking at?

thank you
