2017 Chevy 2500 Backup camera wire definition

I have a 2017 chevy 2500 with a locking tailgate and therefore have an 8 pin backup camera harness.  The backup camera has 6 wires and I'm trying to wire in a 4 pin/wire backup camera that is on a truck camper I purchased.  I'm trying to find the pin/wire definition on the OEM backup camera so I know how to wire in the new 4 pin.  I figured out which two wires are for the locking tailgate, but need the x6 for the camera.

camera wire colors = red, yellow, white, black, black, brown.  If anyone has this definition it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm definitely interested in the outcome of this post. Are you trying to make it so that your screen displays the trailer camera input over the tailgate camera input when a trailer is present?

That's pretty nifty. I don't have a trailer with a camera but with as easy as it is to add cameras now, it would make backing a trailer infinitely more easy without a spotter. Especially when you have a long setup like a 20 footer hooked to a crew cab truck and no spotter.
