2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra Borla S-Type Muffler from kit 140545

Hi,

FOR-SALE Borla S-Type Muffler $250, I installed the Borla S-Type cat-back dual side-exit exhaust #140545 $1063.49. Then after 4 months called Borla to change the muffler to the touring from kit #140544 (which was $350 + shipping) because I wanted it quieter. If anybody interested in purchasing my 4 month old S-TYPE muffler from kit #140545, 2.75" in & dual 2.25" out which fits (2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra double-cab 6.5 bed 5.3L) or (2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra crew-cab short bed 5.3L). selling it for $250 from CT.

Does it matter whether you have the side exit or rear exit or does this muffler fit both part numbers?  I have the Borla Touring side exits and would love to get more volume.  Is there a significant difference between the two levels?

Hi,

I have the dual side exit also. 

I had the s-type replaced with the touring yesterday and it is quieter now, noticeable difference.
