2004 Power seats in a different vehicle. Wiring help

So I have seats out of a 2004. Powered and heated. There are 2 Orange wires, one black, and one small blue and black wire on the main connector. I have the power function working but not the heat. Is there any way to get the heat working by wiring it up manually. It’s going in a 2006 sprinter. If I undo the green plug for the heat element then apply power to that connection then it will heat the back portion slowly. Does the small blue and black wire have something to do with it? It is currently not hooked up
