Stabletrack and Traction controll lights

I have a 2010 Silverado 1500 I am getting a service Stabletrack and Traction controll lights. Some times I can not shift from park into gear. Could this be the brake switch?

Yes most likely the  brake switch. The cruise control may also not work and your rear lights may ocassionaly go out.

My 2010 did the same thing and it was the switch. Cheap ten minute fix with the new part.

I had the same lights on my 2011, turned out to be the steering angle sensor. I didn't have the shifter issues though.
