Extang (Snap) BlackMax Tonneau Cover In Cold Weather +

Recommended Posts

Looking for input on the Extang BlackMax Tonneau Cover:

Is it true that the reversible snaps make it a viable option for use in cold climates?

Any issues with the corners wrinkling, snaps breaking, or tarp tearing around snaps?

They claim:

"ENGINEERED FOR ALL CLIMATES
The BlackMax is a full snap cover. Tarps will contract some in different weather conditions. The BlackMax features adjustable snaps that slide along rails to compensate for this. The snaps can also be flipped which can provide tight or loser fit when needed."

The company is from Michigan, I’m sure it works in cold weather.

Guess I'll be purchasing my pool supplies from companies located in Florida ?
