Seat Belt Not Retracting

I own a 2016 Silverado LT and noticed the right rear seat belt will not retract once extended.  I have to manually feed the seat belt back after each use.  Truck has 41K and is out of factory warranty.  Dealer gave me a ridiculous price and not covered by any recall.  Any ideas?

You could try cleaning it.  Dirty seatbelts can have problems retracting...

Davester maybe on to something there Rivertime, if you have small children sitting in the back seat, who knows what could have gotten into the reel/retract mechanism, maybe soda or something else. If there is a plastic cover over the reel mechanism that you can pry or pop off you may find your answer.
