1999 GMC Serria Misfiring Codes

Hello all, 

I have a 1999 GMC Serria that has little over 200,000 miles that is misfiring. Took it to auto zone today and 3 codes were thrown. P0308 Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected, P0358 Ignition Coil 8 Control Circuit, P0141 HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2. What is the errors mean? Is there a part that needs to replaced and how to fix this issue appropriately?

Check coil connection on cyl.8,if clean and tight,replace coil,and most times the 141 is the 02 sensor, sometimes it's the wiring,so again,inspect wires going to sensor,ok,replace 02 sensor on driver's side, should be good to go
