grounding issues? 2013 2500HD

Hello all, I am new here but sure need some help! I had my transmission changed out 2 years ago, because it went out while on a road trip,  40K miles on the new tranny, started having an engine light come on, it was throwing a couple transmission codes (P0777, P0700), at the direction of the place that put the new one in, which is 9 hours from me, I took it to a transmission shop, they pulled up the history and it had thrown every code (9 pages worth on his Snap-On diagnostics machine) possible on the tranny! including a low voltage code! have had no trouble with the battery at all, so both the shop in El Paso and the one in OKC (where it was originally changed) said it must be an electrical problem for it to throw all those codes. I took it in and had the battery checked, they say it and the alternator are working fine. If I clear the codes it will drive and shift fine for anywhere from 10 to 200 miles before it throws it again, usually, unless you really get on it in which case it does it immediately! So they suggested changing the ignition switch, which I did....I also decided to check all of the grounds, I took them loose cleaned with a wire brush (the terminal ends as well as the frame) put dielectric grease on the connections and re-installed. Now that being said,  and done, I have a hood open showing on the dash and the washer pump, pumps all the time the ignition is on, and even once it is shut off until the driving lights go out! Also once everything has shut off, if I turn on the headlights the pump runs! I think the dam thing is possessed! I thought maybe I got the ignition switch in 1 tooth off or something so I pulled the wiring plug on the ignition switch to take it out of the equation, but it still pumps when the lights are turned on or even when the emergency flashers are going!! HELP!!! Any thoughts?? I have a 6YL90 transmission, should I have not brushed the paint off of the frame?

My guesses

1. Rodent ate a ground wire up front and the other items are seeking a ground through other devices.

2. A hot open or a blown fuseable plug in, inside the distribution box under the hood.

3. BCM is bad

Good luck, these buggers can be frustrating @!
