'94 C1500 2WD ...how to lift front end 1.0 to 1.5 inch ?

I have a 94 with 350 TBI, auto, 2WD, extended cab with 142k miles that I bought from a co-worker a few years ago. It's a rust free truck that is straight and always been here in Phoenix Arizona so it has no serious corrosion issues. It's very rough inside but I am planning to restore it and drive it for the long term. I just had the tranny rebuilt at a good transmission shop here in Phoenix and will probbaly buy the GM replacement crate engine for the TBI 350 next year, although the engine is still running smooth and strong.

I'm planning to do a complete front end rebuild myself, and seeking advice from all you experienced guys here. First, should I do it with polyurethane bushings instead of rubber? If so, any recommends for brand and where I should buy a kit? What about a good source for tie rod ends, center link, etc?

Also, I measured the highest point in the front and rear wheel wells, and the front is 1.5" lower. I really hate that raked profile these come from the factory with. I have zero interest in lowering anything. During the front end rebuild, I would like to raise the front an inch, or max of 1.5 inch. What would be the most sound way to achieve that? Coil spring spacers? New coil springs that are stiffer to raise it? I just don't want to chicken-s**t any of it.

Energy Suspension Part No. 3.6115G is a pair of polyurethan coil spring isolators that claims a 1.25" lift.    Anyone had experience with these?
