Rear leaf spring noise

We have a lot of "pops and bangs coming" from the rear leaf springs on a 2019 Crew Diesel 2500 immediately after buying the truck. Sounds just like some other posts here where they recommended a new Chevy procedure that will correct this. So at less than 800 miles on the truck I took it into the dealership to do the recommended TSB  that would supposedly stop these noises. It did not really help at all and the dealer now says they 'do not hear it' even though you can easily hear it any time you drive.... even in their lot at walking speeds.

Does anyone know of a reasonable solution for this or who to contact at Chevy for possible corrections?
