Passenger Dash Speaker Area Rattle

Hey All,

 

Updated the title, did a little more digging this evening and what I thought was a rattle coming from the glove box area turns out to be up by the passenger speaker area. The speaker grille is so flimsy it’s sad, these trucks seem far cheaper in regards to interior materials vs the K2s but that’s beside the point. Anybody having the same, I can shut the top glove box and when I do the rattle is up by the speaker. 

 

I did a search for this specific one and didn't come up with anything.

Check sun visors, seat belt buckle hitting pillar cover. Rattles are tricky and fool you into where they're actually coming from.

Agreed, already had to add 3m tape to the inside of the seat belt opening, but did some digging on the glove box rattle and updated the title to reflect. Seems like it’s coming from the passenger dash speaker area.

Didn’t realize the dash speaker grille is this whole part. Interesting.
