fuel cover compartment icing

Hello all,

New to the group.

Gm's brilliant idea to produce capless fuel necks is allowing water and dirt to get into the fuel tank due to ice build up. Whenever the temps dip below -15 deg Celsius (-5 deg Fahrenheit), I have to chip away the ice in the compartment and inorder to get the fuel nozzle into the neck. 

Any idea where i can get a retrofit cap??
