Right and left rear turn signal failure

I just installed a lowering kit on my 2014 GMC Sierra and now I’m getting a left and right rear turn signal failure but my turn signals are still working, why would I be getting this message when I never messed with the electronics?

It's not clear what your problem is.  Are some lights not working, or are they all working, but an error message is displaying that there is a problem with the lights?

my turn signals are working but the display reads left rear turn signal failure when I signal left and right rear turn signal failure when I signal right, it’s blinks fast at the top of the rear.  Is it supposed to blink at the bottom also?

From what I can tell from reading the owners manual, yes, both the top and bottom are stop/tail/turn signal lights.
