Rattle from front right wheel area?

Almost sounds like a loose strut/shock would.

 

I wont be able to tear into it until Tuesday so I thought I would get some insight and see if anyone had an idea?

 

Its is horribly annoying.. when driving all I know is it comes from the right corner of the car, could be interior, but I am guessing a suspension component.

 

Anyone have the same noise/problem?

Sounds like the same problem I had. It was the common steering shaft clunk. It just needs lubed to fix. There is a service bulletin about it. Mine was horrible before it was fixed under warranty.

Nah... its not the steering shaft. That would be front left, plus I got it fixed last week. It just one thing after another with this Tahoe, I tell ya!!!!

 

Any other ideas?

Mine was the stock air box. If it's not seated in the grommets, the sound is like the front suspension falling apart.

This could be it... it definatly sounds like my front suspension is falling apart.

 

I will check in the morning and keep you updated.

 

If that isnt it, the HOE is going dealerside tommorow. I JUST CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
