Kicker Upgrade?

Been looking at the accessories list the the local dealer here and was pondering whether to dump the cash and get the kicker subwoofer upgrade for my 2020 trail boss, without Bose. Is it worth the money for the extra bass? Or no?

 

and does it drown out eh quality of the regular door speakers as well?

I would say it’s worth it. The non-Bose system doesn’t have very much low end at all.

I have the kicker sub. No regrets, I did add the kicker bass remote control also.

How is it? I don’t have the Bose so I want some more thump without drowning out the loudness of the speakers

Lots of thump. rear view mirror shakes with the bass. I am very happy with it, Huge improvement for the non Bose unit.
