Sig picture size

Some members have rather large signature pictures that cause the thread pages to stretch. It is really a nuisance to have to scroll left and right to read a thread. If you guys could tone them down a little to fit in a smaller page, I'm sure everybody would appreciate it. Sorry to be the a-hole, but just wanted to bring it to attention. Most likely you guys aren't even aware it is causing this.

I think your signature, your truck, and the treasure on your trailer are just FINE! I would suggest that signature files not be not more than 550 pixels wide. Yours is at 534 and mine is 400. Mine is probably too high in the height, though.

The image editing software that came with the user's digitical camera is more than adequate for resizing the very large images that today's digitical cameras are outputting.

It's all good on a 21" monitor with 1280x1024 res....hehe.

But yeah, I hear ya. Thing is so many peeps use different monitor sizes and resolutions, hard to please everyone. General rule of thumb, is to assume most everyone is running a 17" monitor on 800x600, and it'll hit the majority of people. At least that's how I design webpages.

Either way, good point.

It has been brought up before, I know I have mentioned something to Mervz about it, but its not that big of a deal to me. Maybe you should post this in the "Site help/Suggestions" forum.

Yea, it can be a pain on the lap top. Would be nice to get a new desktop some day, but that envolves money. Something I don't have much of these days.
