2012 loud pop when turning left

My wife hit a pothole while turning hard left into a parking lot and said that she felt a bang and every since then when you turn the truck to the left while driving there is a pop you can feel in the floorboard and hear quite audibly. I drove the truck to see what she was saying and it only did it to me when turning left at speeds above say 20 mph, enough to shift the weight from one side to the other. I got under the truck and looked and tried to physically move things to check if they were worn but did not come up with anything. Jacked the truck up and tried to move tire to see if any play in bearing or ball joints and didnt feel any movement there. So before I concede and take it somewhere I thought I'd ask here. I've done google searches and cant find anything with this description for a non torsion bar truck. We have a 2012 silverado 1500 ltz 4wd. 4 door, Stock suspension, about 110,000 miles 5.3l

could also be a broken stut spring

Front Diff bracket bushings go bad a lot, you may have just not paid attention before and now you’re listening for it.
