Air Compressors

This was a heated topic on another board I frequent (Willy's stuff). What kind of air compressor do you have?

 

I have a Quincy QTS-3 that's mounted under my workbench. It runs quiet and is all the compressor I need. A friend of mine owns an industrial air compressor company and gave me a great deal on it.

 

 

 

The other site denegrated into a Craftsmen vs All Other Brands battle, unfortunately.

I have a Craftsmen but would have preferred an IR instead

The Quincys are pretty good. I got one of the Ranger R326H-601 a few months ago. Haven't had much of a chance to use it yet. It is a lot quieter and puts out much more than the Craftsman one I had before.

I got a remanufactured Devilbiss. I have a friend that works at the factory and they can get pretty good deals. I kinda wish I had one of those pancake style compressors, I hardly ever use the big ol tank style that I have and it is a pain to have to wait for the thing to buid up pressure.
