Installing splash guards with fender flares?

I bought front and back OEM molded splash guards for my 2016 Silverado and was debating on getting the below fender flares as well. Does anyone know if its possible to install both since they seem to overlap in the same spot?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
