Lifter/Cam Warranty Issue

2014 Silverado 1500 5.3.

Last year (7/24) at 58,****** miles it ate a cam due to a seized lifter. Cam, and all lifters replaced under factory warranty. They refused to inspect/clean the engine/bearings for debris.

Last week (72,****** miles) it started ticking again, so I took it in. Factory warranty expired, but there's a 12 month warranty on last year's repair that expires this week.

The service advisor called, and said it's ready. I asked what was done, and he says that the "tech" swapped the #5, and #7 rockers, and pushrods, and the ticking went away... Not replaced, swapped. When I asked where the noise was coming from, he said it was a lifter.

Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Not sure how to proceed.
