2014 Silverado radio update?

Is there a way to determine the current software on my 2014 Silverado 1500?  I have been having trouble with it and my iPhone.  It is playing somewhere but not over the radio and it will not show up as connected. Often I have to delete everything and start all over again.  I found a list of updates on line but I don’t know how to update it let along find what version is on the truck.

It’s just the stock 3” radio.
