Oem muffler rattle 19 6.2

Purchased February 2019 by spring noticed rattle in exhaust, tracked down to muffler baffle rattle not valves. Late 19 took in for recalls and had dealer attempt to find. Couldnt get to duplicate, fast foward to a few weeks ago brought in again as i found how to get it to do it (in drive foot on brake rev up to 700 rpm) even though does it in many other rpms and situations and they confirmed muffler rattle. Heres the kicker, parts not available (oem cat back) and no eta. Dealer has said has had 2 others with bad mufflers on the T1.

any idea why not available? Dont they come on new truck produced daily? 
fyi 13 of the 24 chrome lugnuts are getting warranty as they are starting to split like a 10 year old truck, even with argument they wouldnt replace the rest so i had them order the other 11 on my dime.

Interesting that you brought this up, I thought I heard what I thought was a heat shield rattle on the exhaust yesterday, now you’ve got me thinking more. I’ll have to see if I can get it to do it again.

Yep tinny rattle a certain times, once i found how to sit and make it rattle had the wife in driver seat and i layed under to play with valves but the sound was obviously the muffler like a baffle wasnt welded correctly. When on a lift and using the palm tap couldnt locate has to be running with pressure going through. Does it towing at other rpms and situations but bother me the most creeping in traffic

Any updates on this? I want to take it to the dealer for replacement but I'd like to have any documentation in hand if there is any to be had.

dealer was able to duplicate after some time and ordered new muffler piece with pipe and installed, never made a noise again. They agreed was a baffle rattle inside muffler. Took several weeks for them to get in stock.
