2002 Truck RPOs

I'm trying to help a friend researching a 2002 Chevy 2500HD.  There are a handful (Paul Bunyon hands) of RPO (Regular Production Options) that are not in the 2001 Helms Service Manual.  Does anyone have a "legend" of them?

I found most of mine on this site, under features. Mine is a 1500 though, and the RPOs that start with a # arent listed here!

You're right SilveradoWV, the list is missing the #letter RPOs.

That list helped me with 2 of the 23 that I was missing.  Get this  "VXS = Vehicle Complete."  Be sure you have this on your 2002 RPO list      

 

Does anyone else have a source for 2002 RPO codes?

some codes may not come up do to the fact that there tire codes or just computer selected codes that have no meaining

 

list them if you want and i'll take a look at work tommorow for ya

Thanks silveradoWV  how did you come across this site?

 

Badger  thanks for checking on those RPOs.  I take it you work at a dealership?  Why put codes on a truck if there is no meaning for them?  I've been told they could be "spacers."  Is there any way to find out what the option codes are?
