Is there any changes aside from cosmetic and interior from the 02-03 change

I’m lined up on a nice 02 6.0 low k and well maintained off original owner just curious if there were any changes to motor/drivetrain through the years

The electrical/computer stuff changed a lot in '03/'04 range, as well as the fuel system (switched from a return system to a returnless system.

I loved my 02.  No issues at all other than regular maintenance.  It had 200k on it when I sold it.

Yea 02 to 02 there are a lot of changes. Example the dash the 99-02 use a 1-1/2 din size radio and the 03-up use a double din radio. Also 03 and up gm switch to the class 2 data bus computer system.
