Electrical issues after battery change

Last week my battery died so I installed a new one. Now the following issues have come up.

#1 the interior lights no longer work 

#2 the left rear turn signal and brake light no longer work. Everything worked fine before I changed the battery. I have checked all of the fuses and bulbs and they are all good. I have searching online for a week and can’t find anything. I can’t be the only person that this has happened to. Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks.

I in hooked mine to do a motor swap in my 2014 Silverado and get the motor installed and now everything goes crazy when I hook the battery back up. The lights horn hazards wipers. Washer fluid. Doors won’t lock. Windows don’t work. And key fob doesn’t work. Will run 5 seconds and die.
