Extended Cab Vent Window Question

These extended cab vent windows are starting to bug me. They leak in a slight cross wind and they leak when cruisng above 70. My truck is way over warranty but I was wondering if any dealerships were honoring the TSB to repair the windows out of the warranty period.

 

Additionally, is it possible that something on the windshield or frame having to do with the latch is loose and causing the seal not to do it’s full job?

This has been a problem for a while. I had two sets of windows replaced on my '00 Z71. I'm not sure but I think that some places will still replace them. All you can do is ask. If there is a problem, someone here should have the TSB info.
